Welcome to the Bitterroot Pony Club!
The Bitterroot Pony Club is a branch of the
United States
Pony Club. The USPC has over 625 clubs and 13,000 members. Pony Club gives
members from ages 5-21 a chance to learn about riding and horsemanship. Pony
Club offers many aspects of riding including combined training, games, show
jumping, dressage, vaulting, polocrosse, foxhunting, and tetrathalon. The
Bitterroot Pony Club is in the
Big Sky
Region.

Pony Club Pledge:
"As a
member of the United States Pony Club, I stand for the best in
horsemanship as well as sportsmanship. I shall compete for the enjoyment
of the game well played and take winning or losing in stride remembering
that without good manners and good temper, sport loses it's cause for
being. I shall endeavor to maintain the best tradition of ancient and
noble skill of horsemanship always treating my horse with consideration
due a partner."

a thoroughly happy, comfortable horseperson riding across a natural
country, with complete confidence and perfect balance on a pony equally
happy and confident and free from pain or bewilderment."
